Course Syllabus:
1. Create legislation that will allow non-citizens and children to vote in your local elections.
2. Have all of the local pundits and mouthpieces tout how wonderful and enabling it would be.
3. Get your friends to join the effort.
4. When it all goes to hell, blame the other guy.
5. When it becomes too screwed up to fix, move on to the next victim.
6. Start all over again and enjoy the fruits of leftist labor.
