In spite of the fact that infected persons who show no symptoms can be contagious during the 24 day incubation period, the medical community is waiting for potential victims to exhibit extreme, emergency-room worthy symptoms before “qualifying” them for virus testing. This course of action can only result in the total exposure of each and every one of us. Is this incompetence or… intention?
