That would put .0003% of the population of a country like Italy, the 2nd oldest nation on earth with a not-very-modern health care system, at risk of death from covid-19 as an isolated affliction.
That’s a possible 180 out of 60,000,000 people. Is that enough of an emergency to destroy a nation’s economy?
